We send no marketing or promotional texts. Consent is collected in writing before the first message, and replying STOP ends every message immediately.

The program

OptiWork.ai sends operational text notifications from our AI office assistant service to the small-business owners and staff who subscribe to the service. Messages include summaries of answered calls, new business lead alerts, and customer service requests. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

How you opt in

Consent is collected in writing during service onboarding. Every subscriber sees and agrees to the following consent language in their service agreement before any text is sent:

By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to SMS notifications in your OptiWork service agreement, you consent to receive operational text messages from OptiWork.ai (Optiwork LLC) about your AI office assistant service, including summaries of answered calls, new business leads, and customer service requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your mobile phone number and opt-in information are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Confirmation and opt-out

After opting in, subscribers receive a welcome text confirming their enrollment. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. Opting out stops all messages from our number immediately.
