My career began long before the current AI hype cycle. As a graduate of New England Institute of Technology (Computer Engineering), I cut my teeth on complex, mission-critical systems where failure was not an option.

Founded a compliance platform serving mortgage lenders since 2009, built to carry complex regulatory requirements at high volume. Led product strategy, platform architecture, and workflow automation to streamline high-volume operations.

Beacon Compassion Center (2013 - 2021)
Served as Executive Director, building the organization from the ground up in a strictly regulated industry. Oversaw licensing, compliance, and operational frameworks, navigating complex municipal and state regulations.
Enterprise Security & Risk Management
NSTAR / Northeast Utilities (2002 - 2010)
Established the first dedicated IT security program for a major electric utility post-9/11. Designed multi-layered defense strategies, deployed intrusion detection for SCADA systems, and managed critical infrastructure protection.
Formerly certified as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), held for over a decade; the certification is not current. That enterprise security discipline carries into every project.
